1) Normal Cancellation policy :
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
2) Cancellation Policy – Non Refundable rates :
Upon booking 50% of the total stay amount will be charged.
The reservation is non changeable and, in case of cancellation, the prepayment is non refundable.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
3) For reservations with any other offer from Philoxenia Manager or Philoxenia owner are in force the conditions for non refundable reservations
